Any product received that is deemed either damaged, defective, or does not match the item description may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the invoice date.
We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or cancel any order containing any pricing error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed, and/or your method of payment has been charged.

SHIPPING:

NOTE: We ship to Canadian addresses only.

Buy with peace of mind; we use only insured, trackable shipping methods for all our products. We guarantee the arrival of your purchase.

Sometimes items will arrive in separate shipments. Shipments typically dispatch out of our warehouse within 48 hours.

Depending on your location, items may take up to 9 days for to arrive. Most shipments within Canada will take 1-5 days.  Though uncommon, some items may take longer than this due to circumstances beyond our control. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Items that meet the criteria to be Eligible for Return can be returned within 30 calendar days of invoice date. If more than 30 days have passed since receiving your item, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Items purchased from My High are fully Eligible for Return and Refund/Exchange if:

  • The item is damaged or broken; item turned up damaged. Photos required, we may request for the item to be sent back to us.
  • The item is defective and does not work as it should; photos of defect (if applicable) may be required. We may request for the item to be sent back to us.
  • The item does not match the description; photos of item may be required. We may request for the item to be sent back to us
  • The item did not arrive.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It also must be in its original packaging.

Photos and additional information may be requested. This is to ensure your return is resolved in a timely fashion and correct reimbursement is issued.

Shipping costs for item(s) deemed Eligible for Return and Refund/Exchange will be provided by My High. 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment.
